Shantiniketan 3 Condominium was built by Iggy Ignatius following the completion of Phases 1 & 2 on David Walker Drive, Tavares in Florida between 2017-2025.
EPA issues before starting the construction and Covid delayed the project by 3-4 years.
On July 31, 2024, I ggy handed over the management of the SN3 Condominium Association to an elected board of directors. A commercial kitchen serving two meals a day (lunch & dinner) are served to those who wish to eat their food as part of the Food Club.
